Meet The Crew

At Plumbers Plus, our team is the foundation of everything we do. We're not just coworkers, we're a close-knit group of friends who work together every day with trust, respect, and a shared commitment to excellence. That teamwork shows in every job we take on and every customer interaction we have.

Matt and Mike are out in the field, leading our projects and ensuring each job is completed efficiently, correctly, and to the highest standards. Their hands-on experience and attention to detail help guarantee that our customers receive dependable, high-quality service every time. Behind the scenes, Kass and Kacie manage the day-to-day operations, scheduling, communication, and administrative work that keeps the business organized and running smoothly.

While we take our work seriously, we also believe that enjoying what we do and who we work with makes all the difference. We're a fun, supportive group that values collaboration and positivity, both within our team and with our customers. Above all, our priority is to continue growing as a company while staying rooted in what matters most, serving our community, building lasting relationships, and helping those around us whenever we can.

When you choose Plumbers Plus, you're choosing a team that truly cares about its work, its people, and the community it serves.
